Our firsr port of call was Naples -- where we were told not to go down with jewelry or valuables and to be very cautious. 

Whilst everyone went to Pompeii -- Joe, Franca, Sandy and nyself took the ferry across to the Isle of Capri and spent a glorious day there.  Apart from missing the last bus back to the ferry, and Sandy losing his Versace sunglasses, we got through the day with no major hiccups...
